How does coaching work?

You will be paired with a dedicated coach for 1-1 coaching. You will have bi-weekly 30-minute coaching calls. Have questions in between coaching calls? You can email questions as needed.

In addition, to your 1-1 coaching you will have access to our TEAMES Global LinkedIn group, and our monthly group coaching call where you can interact with other leaders for more informal network building.

Why is a coach helpful? 

While course videos and worksheets are aimed at individual learning, some students prefer to have additional support from a TEAMES Global coach to help them with career development, leadership skills, and team building.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. We book each session individually.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching for more than 3 months, you can sign up for an additional 3-months. We work in 3 month increments to be sure each coaching timeframe has specific goals for your success.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.
